MP I'm renting a property where the landlord is getting a 1% net yield " before tax" while I'm currently getting a 6% net yield "after tax" or based on my original purchase prices (2009-2014) it's over 10% net after taxes (not including capital gains).

The decision couldn't have been easier.

Have the properties that you sold gone up in price since you sold them ?
