Assuming the claim is true there is a big difference between "nerve agent" and mace or tear gas

The use of one is accepted in most countries and has little in the way of lasting side effects.

The use of the other is banned under international law with unknown side effects.

So if this is true it can not be justified regardless how much you or your zionist mates would like to try.
