I don't agree with the decison but yucca is dead. As for PRISM, its 15-20 years away at the earliest, why is SLX as we know it involved in this discussion unless we're trying to justify a 15 year hold recommendation. 15 years and SLXs 60 million will be long gone in legal fees, or maybe CEO and BoD salaries..... But that just me, no hate....
