This boa constrictor is going to keep squeezing & squeezing until the minority holders can't breathe. No dividends, can't sell (not for a fair price anyway). It's been going on for some time & it may go on for some time longer. Chinese are long term thinkers with a lot of patience. Majority holder will take out the minorities, not directly, but effectively with the minority's money. Shagang owns approx 60% but people seem to forget that cheung clement ko owns another 8.5% himself, so he owns or controls almost 70%. Leaves about 350,000,000 shares he needs for 100%. At today's closing sp that would take less than $40million. How much did GRR have in the bank at last count? Was it around $140million? Major holder ends up with 100% ownership & $100million walking around. But oh no no-one will agree to that everybody shouts! Yes not atm, not this year, maybe not next year, but they are patient and how impatient will the minority become with no dividend, can't sell at decent price and the boa keeps squeezing?
