No, IMHO they just went to bed with both the Administrator and the Seven group. Not that I wasn't expecting it anyway.!!!

All ASIC has done, is just a Pontius Pilate act, and washed their hands about it all.

Typical of ASIC. No balls at all and probably fearing the fact that Seven Group will take them to Court to face the music if they didn't go their ways.

As to why our Legislators aren't putting the brakes on this kind of operation which is siphoning huge amounts of Taxpayers money without being accountable to anyone, and with so many people only willing to take the side of the big end of Town, that I totally fail to comprehend.

IMHO, what a waste of space has ASIC become.

One has only to go back as far as the CVI times, and other small companies of course, to see what I mean.

I hope that the judge will listen to what the other side of the coin will have to say about it now, before making his final decision.

But, as they say, until there is life, there is hope.
