the stock is worth 0.36c approximately- the only way it gets to 1.3c pre deal conclusion is stupidity or manipulation

they are issuing 2.44bn shares at 0.5c to buy crowd mobile - they then consolidate the shares on
42 to 1 basis approx

- and the 2.44bn + current 91m shares on issue becomes 76% of the new 77M shares on issue

so 2.531bn shares becomes 60M shares - and there are another 17M shares going out on top of that to pay for the transaction

so 1 share today becomes 1/42th of a share post deal, further discounted by 76/100

That means 0.01809 x20c (re-listing price)

= 0.36c
