However as shareholder who has
1) Lost capital
2) not received any form of payment in form of Dividend

I should receive at least disclosure. Board need to keep shareholders informed with current developments.

I live in Sydney so will not be attending AGM.
I was at Kingsgate AGM today and was told that Mincor and Evolution mining have both paid 2 dividends in last 12 mths by fellow shareholder.
