I don't believe it's going to save the 25%! I believe it's more about resolving the very low cash balance. Obviously, they can't (& did not) reveal info at the AGM before releasing to market, that's just me reading between the lines.
I think they mentioned they have one more cash call & that's it.
So no-one should believe the 25% is saved. I'm absolutely NOT saying that.
