You keep posting new Court Orders on this forum, but never update us as to what the outcome was for your previous Court Orders. How did you go with those? You never gave an update...................


Also, you state Mt Kare is a swamp, the access track that ACM completed last month, hardly looks like a swamp to me Jack456.


An access track already existed between Mt Kare and Porgera, it just had to be ground proofed in order to bring in that heavy equipment below. Then IDC had to reconnect it to the Waile Creek Road, after receiving approval from Porgera JV, which they successfully received.

Flat easy access path that already existed was all that was needed (Green arrows Below)
