But seriously, most small caps go back down, but some don't. There is nothing in your analysis that shows why this should head back to the teens.
At best the analysis shows a patterning than can highlight a bearish reversal pattern at the top of an uptrend. IF CONFIRMED, which it isn't yet, it can lead to EITHER a consolidation or a downtrend.
That my friend, is what the chart actually says.
You are then allowing your emotion from being annoyed at toot toot posts to incorrectly read the chart... You should be careful doing that.
