Can one of those who attended the AGM please confirm or otherwise my understanding of Mercer's answer in respect of the EMA questions responded to so far.

Did he say that TIS had satisfactorily answered ALL questions required for the 180day review - and those still outstanding now are just other questions that have been brought forward to the 210 deadline but were originally not required to be answered until some time after CE mark?

Is that how he described it (or are there still some of the 180day questions still outstanding?)
