The original aim I beleive was replacement performance shares, but the wording of the resolution meant the shares were additional performance shares if the SP in 2014 averaged 18.7 cents (approximately) over a ten day period, which it has.
now Gavin and Nick will be in line for the additional 5.5 million performance shares if the SP averages 18.7 cents over a 5 day period.
