I think your reminder of the geographic nature of these agreements is very important. I for one have been guilty of excessive expectations in deals as they present (and the subsequent explosion of SP) but a slow brick-by-brick approach (...hmm sounds familiar) is very sustainable management.
There is a couple of references in the AGM presso that refers to reinstating (and reinvigorating in 2015) discussions with the FDA to facilitate the product registration process. This should also be a reminder to all that income from product sales (outside of upfront and milestone payments) is still a bit away.
The recent Ebola focus on preventing a global epidemic is probably a fair enough reason for postponing the artimist focus.
