Free enterprise means that buyers and sellers battle it out and at the end of the day if someone is prepared to sell at a price to someone with the dosh that's how the world's meant to work efficiently.

Who knows who gets the raw end of the stick ultimately ,imagine trying to enact laws as to who's entitled to buy . Maybe the Chinese who are buying now are getting dudded. Seen stranger things happen. Seen many people do their clacker in property . No one's holding a gun at anyone's head making them sell.

Far too much paranoia and emotion on display here. If you buy a property you still have to service it ,pay the lawyers ,the gardeners ,the cleaners ,whoever else . It's a good thing for the majority of this country if we've found people who want to invest here
