I'm of the opinion that 99 is within cooee of the inner sanctum but not close enough so as not to be fleeced. Just my intuition but i'm tipping the occasional well timed, apparently credibly sourced tidbit from him/her.
You on the other hand Virtus, come across as a genuine individual who simply likes the appearance and plumpness of their latest dangling carrot. Naysayers, external underpant, cape wearing heroes or even OKAP Police, call us what you will but the likes of you are the very reason we take the time to post.
