To provide a view that no one else is saying:

(1) a deal is being done in December-!there are indicators that this may not be a company maker
(2) timeline missed on deal 2 regardless of reason- sure the focus is on Ebola but I am pretty sure lots of people can do two things in a day. If the world focused on only one thing a day we would be pretty screwed.
(3) smaller regional deals will keep the company ticking over but not necessarily impact the share price as expected

while there seems to be good things happening, there are always going to be excuses for missing timelines. SUD pumped hard that two deals would be done this year, and that target has been missed by 50%. If the deal that hits is small I would call it a full miss.
