Looks like that last sample grade could be a peek in what that area holds, I'm very keen to see the results of blk_30, its right below those 2 kimberlites, and other side of the river from blk_29.
40ct/100cm is a lot more than I expected, the thing about those large stones is that they are valued exponentially higher as they increase in size, clarity and shape, then the occasional colour and exponentially on top again.
I did read a rule of thumb guide whether here or elsewhere can't be sure, happy to be corrected.
