One last post before I plug the old Gibson in.

You make a good argument with some good points. Crime in other forms is already here and has been for a long long time and legalising drugs will not make any difference to that. I challenged boundaries all my life, I used drugs when I was younger and the old school stuff.
As you say legal or not young people will always challenge boundaries so if we can produce drugs that are safer than the illegal ones than so much the better.
Methamphetamines are here whether legal or not.

The only problem you really have is will more people start using if it is made legal, I don't think they will personally.
Chop Chop, well I can tell you how to beat that. Make it legal for people to grow so many plants in their backyard and the same with Marijuana. Make it legal for people to lets say grow half a dozen plants in their backyard. I know half a dozen sounds a lot but you know some may die and some may get eaten by animals, but people will get enough to use for themselves.

In any case I think we all want to fix the problem of these horrific drugs. Education from an early age is key.
Weve lost the war on drugs as the US has lost the war. Its time for a different tack or nothing will change at all it will just get more expensive and more drugs will appear.
