As for Victoria going backwards, how would you describe the impending loss of manufacturing in the state that happened on the Coalition's watch? What about the hacking of TAFE? And what's your views about asbestos placed in schools during the Bolte-Hamer-Thompson years that still loiters like the grim reaper near public schoolkids?

How on Earth can you justify what was being done to our ambos and firies? As for a stolen dictaphone, when I lost my mobile phone in Spain I had no right to expect its return. In the Murdoch media phone hacking era who cares about the silly loss of an apparently high risk dictaphone?

As for the E-W Tunnel, Victorians have been spared an estimated $28b bill. That'll free up state finances to better and less expensively address Melbourne's growing congestion. Massive cities need more and more freeways directing traffic inwards like a hole in the head. The outer ring roads need to be connected but public transport desperately needs an overhaul that Napthine would never have been able to deliver.
