    It could be bravado. I think it's more likely:
    1. Confidence in his staff who have setup the recent deals
    2. Confidence that with Syniverse signing up Asian carriers is not as difficult as negotiating direct deals

    Either way, he didn't seem interested in China in the short or medium term. If they do it at all, i think it'll be another 3-5 years after they'ved been running UK for a while and hopefully the US.
