True or not, if they wanted in that probably wouldn't be the only reason, nice thought though, but for all we know there may well be backroom discussions, nothing like a good rumor!
Is there any info re where in Angola DeBeers might be negotiating a exploration license ? If they're not eyeing us off then there must some other area they're targeting, though a lot of the hard yards have already been done and a lot of confidential detail in Lucapa's hands by now.
