Hi Pikapika, I would have thought China non-disposal of SDL shares, immediate resumption in talks with Sundance vis SOE (after killing it's own Hanlong deal despite being just 2 days away from China owning the mines, port, rail), participation in the tender process and lost, expression of interest in providing debt and equity finance to the attempt to block Wally and Gennadiy Bogolyubov means the Hanlong deal collapse had nothing to do with Liu Han (whom the authority decided to arrest when the CDB term sheet was due for his crimes committed over a decade).

It appears to be just a matter of $$ now.

The African countries must have had it up to here with the Chinese.
