I m not sure what ppl suggesting the management to do here. At this POO there will be no one lending money. They have only 3mil left and even if they cut the management costs how much they are going to save. And all this enough for drilling more wells. Please specify a solution how could they get money for drilling or exploring or managing things. Even if they go for a CR then everyone gets unhappy and the SP will drop to lows. With the cornerstone investors it is more secure as they are not going to sell their stake like the short term shareholders. Let us see the ann in nxt coming days and see who this investor is.
