Yeah absolutely, among other reasons ie selling the company to potential funders.
I was trying to look for plausible reasons why fas would be allowed to say "very close" and yet still not have announced finance. I am sure there are a million other reasons as well.
I still think its more likely than not that I have lost my money but there is still a chance. imo
