After all this time, people still read "more" into announcements then what is there in black & white. There is still this assumption that their is this grand plan in motion that will save us all.

Well, I don't think there is a grand plan. I think they react to events.

Look at ORS, no grand plan saved those shareholders from massive wealth destruction.

If AGS is to be saved, only the value of B4M will do it. Not management.

Lightbulb still hasn't gone off for some of you regarding the options. Yes, you're going to be diluted if you don't take up your entitlement, but you're going to be diluted even more if B4M is sold at a price significantly above 0.15c per share.
