Warnie, maybe the current Lynas management have the shareholders best interests at heart and believe they can build the company into a profitable operation? This would ensure a much improved LT return for shareholders than flogging off the assets in a fire sale at this point in time.
I am now much more comfortable with AL in control. The cost reduction and productivity/value add improvements have been a long time coming, and hopefully the worst case modelling was accurate and LYC has sufficient cash flow available to grow into the world leading operation some of us believe it is capable of achieving.
Unfortunately we have these periods of silence from the company when we are left to speculate about the progress, if any that has been made since the last quarterly.
Personally I am looking forward to 31 January Qtly. Hopefully that will confirm the foundations have been properly cemented in place and that AL is building the business on a solid base.
The move to locate key decision makers close to or at the plant was a key confidence booster. Nothing like working at the coalface to understand exactly how much progress is being achieved by the team.
