Nick, has mentioned to me in the past that there are say 5 suppliers of clothing to the DOD. When legislation is passed each of these suppliers will have to deal with Alexium because there is simply no one else. Therefore, I don't understand how we will get a contract from the DOD. It would be more likely we will have contracts with the clothing suppliers.

Nick has been in constant discussion with these suppliers in anticipation of legislation going through. One of the revenue models mentioned is a percentage of sales to Alexium. One example was 5% of a $120 mil contract. We supply the chemicals for the 5%.
