So what are we looking at here, I am assuming the average pay packet is $200K/yr.
- 9 board members = $1.8M/yr
- 6 board members = $1.2M/yr, savings of $600K
- 15% reduction in remuneration = $1.02M, savings of $180K
So total saving (or reduction of fix cost) of $780K/yr? Is that right?
