    Blimey madamswer,

you're really doing a lot of overtime for MSB's benefit and the wider good of all mum & dad investors...NOT!

Well, let's just say you're working hard, but it's the law of diminishing returns in your case...

You are making such a basic mistake:

milestone payments don't have to be made on completion of the entire stage, they can be on completion of part.

So long as it's a measurable achievement.

With nearly every contract for services in stages you get an upfront payment, then ongoing payments and then payment on conclusion of the job. You don't wait to pay until the absolute end.... just so long as the part can be measured.

Each payment and stage doesn't have to be equal, see? Stage 3 is longer, so it will be broken up into parts. Simple logic.

You assumed future payments will be on the same basis as those in the past.

A Classic demo of Driving forward using the rear vision mirror. Classic!

Why am I so sure that Teva will take care of MSB?

Apart from what both parties have said (which is not to be trusted according to madamswer!)

International Biotech LIcensing Deal of the Year was won by MSB and Cephalon (now Teva).

    Q: why did it win?
A: because the terms in the contract are for the benefit of BOTH parties, and finance the expensive FDA stages that scare you so much.

It would make zero sense for one party to starve the other of essential funds when both need the project to succeed and have got an agreement to do it.

It's the bleeding obvious but you're blinded by your theories that have no relevance here.

Simple logic, commonsense and context are far more important than your theories.

You're in an ivory tower, mate.

Mum & dad investors have a lot of commonsense and they don't like pompous descriptions.   Yours have been corkers.

More shovelwork needed I'm afraid madamswer....!

maybe you need to use emoticians  ....texting language was a good start, why'd you drop that idea?
