BCPE..what's happened with oil price..
even at the time of acquisition it was considered "paying over the top".
they must be feeling rather down, had they waited a few months ie: like current prices. I'm sure you wouldn't get 5.5cps.

recent quarterly looked as weak as diluted Jim Beam.
