Deceptive.
PE ratios are based off after tax earnings.
What you should have said is: "If the market believes that the next annoucement will bring in $7m profit per year then the sp will have to be 20 cents"
You are also failing to calculate the fact that future deals are already (at a risk discount) priced in.
My guess is 12 cents then back down to 10.5
