"The Australian Bureau of Statistics gross domestic product (GDP) data show the economy expanded just 0.3 per cent in the September quarter and only 2.7 per cent over the year to September 30."
If that is nominal growth and given it refers to 2.7 per over the year - that would barely keep up with inflation
Then if you also account for the popn growth then per capita would be going backwards over the year
I can't say I'm sure - but I find that unlikely.
