It is simple Super Tim. What hawka is saying is correct. The shipment of ore should have never been released without getting a payment guarantee first. IMO payments are due free on Board and when the ship is ready to leave or thereabout. In this case it appears that it wasn't.
As they say, possession is three part of the law and now it could cost us far more in legal fees in trying to collect it, than what the payment due to us is worth. Especially when the entity liable for the payment is based in a Foreign Country.
How much in legal costs did it cost us when we were arguing in Hong Kong with Wise in the past, and what did we get out of all that.??
Now, who was the one that allowed that to happen.??
Some serious questions and answers are needed here IMHO.
