    when every so called Financial analyst anticipate the oil price will drop to $40 or lower, it actually will not happen. This happened in the period from 2008-2009, oil price dropped to $40 and every Tom, Dick and Harry predicted it would go down futher but in fact it was the contrary. It goes up from $40 to $100.
