you know that for a fact? whats the shipment worth ~ US$3m? whats your solution just let it slide? they are going them for damages plus costs owing if you read the receivers announcement.. this seems quite dodgy given the new director in question and his company's relation to this shipment.. alot more to fall out of this tree..
