Hi Sceptic, if the Chinese wants a TO, they would want to do so before the IO price bebound next year (after the CNY and when the restocking will happen massively when the construction season resumes with the arrival oif the warm weather).
If I were the Chinese, I would want to take advantage of this window of vulnerability.
The cartel is definitely going to pull back (both Australia and Brazil can't afford stuffing money in Beijing's pocket forever).
