Media baron Rupert Murdoch has cautioned the media about the impact of the digital revolution on traditional business models.
He has signalled the end of the 'media mogul', saying power is shifting away from the old elite and being placed in the hands of the masses.
Mr Murdoch referred to the phenomenon of blogging, file sharing and the downloading of television programs on demand, saying the media could soon become like fast food.
He says it's important not to underestimate the impact of the digital revolution and the power it has to build and destroy companies.
