    Expertise.....Meo has more expertise in drilling wells that dont flow...

    Assets.........Nen has one asset that they will exit when the time is up..

    Meo has a chance of a farmout...and one well ready to drill next year..

    Neon has a hungry Wolf on its tail....that will not give up.
