Bad news about being taken out from the ASX200 but I'm thinking that's pretty much priced in and then there is good news about the BKN takeover. Although BKN not completely related it does show there activity in a similar field and certainly shows how shorters can be exposed quickly with a $2 premium takeover offer. BKN had gross shorts of high 3% and NWH from memory is in the 4's.
Interesting I was reading Lion Selections (LSX) presentation to the diggers and dealers conference and they put the time on the boom crash clock at 4 with 12 being crash and 6 being boom. 4 o'clock is apparently the time for mergers and acquisitions. Not sure if I agree with them but doesn't matter what I think, it's what the market thinks that is important.
