Yes I've taken that into consideration. The cash value alone seems to make it great value today but the market is very negative on miners and sees only downside not upside.
$360 mill cash is nothing to be sniffed at. Closing Koolan Island and taking a wait and see approach seems to be about the best thing that could have happened to MGX. If they get an insurance payout because of it it would be yet another bonus IMO.
DYOR research of course but I like it for a punt at 22c.
