Fair enough. I see the market's concern is quite legit with MGX. The insurance payout will not cover their loss of profits from lost production, and will not cover their care and maintenance costs. Probably better not to rely on that.
Ultimately, the crux of the issue is whether MGX is being run for the benefit of all shareholders, or whether it is run for the benefit of the majority shareholder.
