The blame then falls onto the courier who is probably utouchable. So its like what happens when your shares drop in value. Billions disappear, and not even in a puff of smoke. How can that happen? I only recently, lost 2 billion on CSM!

Unless, within the JV there was disagreement about the timing of the lease extension/renewal. But in that case, well, its a private affair. And I'm more worried about global warming and the diminishing value of my investments. All the more so, knowing Gina et al. not only don't care about me, they don't even know I exist.

As for the JV. Forget about them. Unless they win. In that case you might become obsessed about them, but still, they will continue to not know you exist.

But then CAZ is squeeky clean. Nothing in the public arena points towards anything suspicious by CAZ or anyone connected to CAZ that connects to the courier in question. Absolutely nothing, at this point in time. But in terms of the realm of possibility, in terms of what actually happened, and in terms of "if" anything happened that affected the courier, could be even alleged, apart from proved? Then yes, of course any number of things could have happened and we well might never know or hear anything about. We only know what we're told. And the only thing to go on so far, and to use to develop a suspicion of fowl play is simply RIO's reported comment that after the s.111 decison they "have other options". I think that is the quote.

But in the end, you can do anything you like, so long as you dont get caught. So long as you WIN!
