Some simple research & market chat would reveal Doug Halley resigned due to his recent appointment as Chairman of "Vocation" and their very very serious battle with Shareholders, ASIC etc etcc. John Hawkins resigned as chairman of Vocation amidst share price & earnings down 50% blah blah blah.
