Last year I’d given up on a good Otway deal but to management’s credit, the farmout turned out better than expected.
SP should rerate around mid year when we get reserves numbers for Kiana and Smegsy plus production test results for 3 recent gas discoveries.
Probably another drilling program underway by then.(hope they booked well ahead for drilling rigs)
So far I like the managements cash conservation/farmout strategy .I believe directors hold 24% of shares on issue.
Further rerating year end going into Otway drill.
