But, don't forget that IMO, the Administrator have some sweeping powers where, if he find something untoward, he can look a bit deeper, and can make some recommendations too.

So does that mean I cant officially write off PLV when I do my 2015 tax return, because we still don't know 100% if plv is totally broke or not, right??
