I know what your saying LL ...... Have been waiting and waiting for our strategic cornerstone to show how “strategic" they really are.
Would have thought within 12 months of the move we should have a result from them as far as an Asian JV project or similar ..It all could just be as benign as bit of spec trading for them but as you say it has that shadowy feel that is hard to shake ..
