Tim Hi Don. I gotta say I’m not very happy with this company. Their share price has fallen from 23c to 17.5c in a bull market for copper and gold. They have a resource of 800,000 oz of gold, nearly 8,000,000 oz of silver, 76,000 tonnes of copper, 67,000 tonnes of zinc and 120,000 tonnes of lead and the Phillips River prospect is open all over the place??? A feasibility study has been positively completed at much lower metal prices, they’ve already started building an access road and they have an option to purchase a processing plant so there shouldn’t be any capital cost blow out there!!! Has this company been promoting it self prior to the capital raising??? Maybe it has but I haven’t heard diddly. I’ve rang TTR a few times in the last 3 months and they have expressed their disappointment at the low share price. If they’re gonna turn round now and issued shares to directors or majority shareholders or so called sophisticated investors shares at 15c I’ll be very pis sed off and $5000 worth of 15c shares in a SPP won’t placate me. Issuing shares at 15c is just giving the company away IMHO. How is that in the best interests of small share holders?? In short its not.

I hope I’m pleasantly surprised and if I am I’ll be happy to say so…… OK, I feel a bit better now :-)

To the best of my knowledge my facts and figures are right. Correct me if I’m wrong.

    Tim
