Gone are the days of possessing malleable price sensitive information. Too many class actions are getting up.
So, will an extra ten barrels a day be material to the share price? No.
The fact that Apache have given an estimate, no matter how broad, is a double edge sword.
In my view too much new information would be available at the JV meeting for a TH not to happen. Especially if it changes the " up to 300mbo" estimate, no matter h8w vague that may be. The estimate is already out there.
