It makes sense to me to supress this sp with the market cap at around $45m. at 7c it was around $70m.
Whatever deal gets on the table this will come into consideration.
Lets not kid ourselves if SC and his team get an offer that's twice this amount for the company they probably would jump at it.
All their options would be exercised and they would make a killing.
They would then go off into the sunset and claim victory.
Business folks I am afraid, not sentiment.
