I know that James Phipps is a specialist in Middle Eastern Law, that for over 20 years he has served "as foreign counsel before Saudi Arabia’s Islamic Shariah Courts, briefing US Ambassadors, observing local elections, developing the capacity of local government in a post-conflict environment, overseeing businesses and investments, and negotiating and documenting cross-border agreements", which is pretty much how he came to be the Principle Advisor to HRH. But maybe he's missed something that you haven't.
